Join us for a very special year-end Exploring the Power of Voice gathering!
Let’s gather to celebrate the passing of the old year and our joyous anticipation of the new one. Come sing a song or tell a story about what 2018 meant to you, or share your hopes and wishes for 2019.
Bring your favorite holiday treat, your Christmas leftovers, the fruitcake you need to get rid of, or anything else you’d like to share. (We’ll provide cups, plates, napkins, an assortment of soft drinks, and maybe a few other surprises.)

Exploring the Power of Voice is a Living Your Voice program that brings members of our community together to share our songs and stories. The gatherings are more casual and less structured than our classes and workshops. They’re meant to provide an opportunity for participants to practice songs we’re learning in front of a loving and supportive audience, to tell stories, to teach one another new songs, to explore vocal techniques, to offer mutual support in our healing journeys, and to have a lot of fun!
Every Exploring the Power of Voice gathering is unique, but each event includes activities crafted to help us claim our authentic voices. Through a mix of sing-alongs, lessons on vocal technique, demonstrations, solos, group numbers, improv games, storytelling, and more, we aim to encourage, energize, and surprise one another—and ourselves.
Note: We’ve discontinued using Meetup.com to announce, manage, and promote our events. Instead, we’ll share information about Exploring the Power of Voice to the Living Your Voice community only through our own mailing list.
